Our Services are available on project, case-by-case, or long term contract basis. There is no charge for the initial meeting. We Can Assist You in the Following Areas:
Research and Writing: On-line Communication
We provide many different options under the research and writing category: a paper laying out the issues and legal information on these issues, case law search, on-line and library research, casebriefs, Legal Memorandums/Papers, and/or document preparation.
As an individual or group, after your initial meeting, and based on an account of your situation and questions about your concern, we do an extensive and thorough search isolating the issues facing you. At this point we provide a written paper lying out the facts as you have related them, the findings of the issues you face, exhaustive research on the case law pertinent to these issues and information on options available you to concerning these issues. We provide at least two copies of this paper, for both you and a litigating attorney in your area. We strongly suggest you use this complete package and your attorneys advice on whether to proceed with a suit. This service is done entirely by phone, fax, and/or on-line communication.
Consulting: On-line and/or in Person Services
We are also available to you on a whole project basis. We can visit the area of your concern; alternatively, we can read project reports laying out what you or your firm require. We will then submit a bid for the entire research job.
For a whole project we have several professionals and experts on our roster; these include a consultant hydrologist, forest/biodiversity experts, wildlife biologists, fishery biologists, and water, environmental and Indian law attorneys. Our Team assists all forms of organizations, including Plaintiff groups, real estate entrepreneurs who are looking to develope responsibly, and individuals who are concerned with water and environmental issues.
Seminars
The Seminar portion of our business is undergoing a revision, altering some subjects and adding new ones. We will be ready to roll with this again soon so check back!
RMLS will offer a variety of seminars and workshops each focusing on water and environmental issues. We conduct one or two day seminars directed at educating your group on basic forest, wildlife, fisheries, and watershed health. We include instruction on the legal options open to you for the protection of our Sacred Earth, and the health of your family. These seminars can be tailored to fit your needs and wishes.
